Main Raw Materials of Hydrogen-Rich Balls
Core Hydrogen-Producing Raw Materials
High-purity magnesium powder, magnesium hydride and other hydrogen storage alloy powders are the core functional components. They can slowly react with water to release hydrogen molecules, directly determining the hydrogen production capacity and service life of hydrogen-rich balls.
Molding Auxiliary Raw Materials
A small amount of food-grade binder is added to bond the hydrogen storage powder into uniform spherical particles, ensuring the structural strength of the spheres and preventing the powder from scattering during use.
Surface Coating Raw Materials
Porous food-grade polymer materials are used as coating raw materials. They can precisely control the slow-release rate of hydrogen, avoid the rapid failure of internal hydrogen-producing components caused by direct contact with water, and greatly extend the service cycle of the product.
For hydrogen-rich balls used in special industrial scenarios, a small amount of catalytic components will also be added to further improve the hydrogen production efficiency and adapt to the special working conditions of industrial water treatment.
